Questions

Can I really sleep on my side with these in? That is the whole reason they exist. The outer part is a low dome rather than a stem or a ring, so the pillow presses the dome instead of driving it into your ear.
Will I still hear my alarm? Yes. An earplug reduces sound, it does not seal it out. A phone alarm beside your head, a smoke alarm or a child calling still come through — quieter, but there.
Will they block my partner's snoring? Snoring is low-frequency and close by, which is the hardest kind of noise to deal with. These bring it down a lot; they do not delete it. If snoring is the main reason you are buying, start with the 30 nights and judge it on a real week of sleep.
Which size do I start with? M. Four sizes come in the box — see Finding your size for how to read whether you need to go up or down.
How long does a pair last? Months of nightly use, as long as you rinse and dry them. Replace a tip when the silicone goes stiff, tacky or nicked.
Are they safe to wear every night? For most people, yes, provided they are clean and dry and you are not pushing them deep into the canal. Stop and see a doctor if you get ear pain, discharge or reduced hearing that does not clear.
Can children use them? Not under three — small parts. Older children have smaller ear canals, so the XS tip is the place to start, with an adult fitting them.
What if they do not work for me? 30 nights to decide. Email us before you send anything back — most of the time the answer is a different tip size and we will just send one. Details on the returns page.
Do you ship to my country? Right now: the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are elsewhere, write to us and we will tell you when that changes.
