1. Who you are buying from

2. The product

SleepHush earplugs are a consumer comfort product intended to reduce everyday noise during sleep. They are not a medical device, and they are not certified hearing protection for occupational noise, power tools, firearms, motorsport or industrial environments. Do not rely on them where hearing protection is required by law or by a risk assessment.

3. Health

Do not use if you have an ear infection, a perforated eardrum, grommets or ear pain. Stop use and seek medical advice if you develop pain, discharge or a change in hearing. Keep away from children under three years of age — small parts present a choking hazard.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include no taxes unless stated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where an item is unavailable or where we suspect fraud.

5. Returns

Our refund policy forms part of these terms and is available on this site.

6. Reviews and claims

Any noise reduction figures shown on this site are laboratory measurements for the product as supplied and describe typical performance, not a guarantee for every ear or every type of noise. Individual results vary with fit and with the sound involved.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [A PREENCHER: jurisdição]. Your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
