30-night sleep trial & returns
Sleep on them for 30 nights. If they are not right, write to us and send them back — used is fine.
30 nights from the day your parcel arrives. Email us first, send them back, we refund the product. You pay the return postage unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
How to start a return
- Email support@sleephush.com with your order number and one line on what went wrong.
- Before you do — tell us how they felt. Nine times out of ten the fix is a different tip size, and we will send one rather than take the product back.
- We reply with the return address. Do not send anything back before you have it.
What we refund
- The price you paid for the product.
- Original shipping too, if the item arrived faulty, damaged or was the wrong item.
- Not the original shipping on a simple change of mind, and not the return postage.
Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the parcel reaching us. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank — usually 3 to 10 business days.
Hygiene
These are worn in the ear, so we do not resell returns. Anything sent back is disposed of. That is also why we would rather solve a fit problem with a tip size than take a product back.
Faulty items
Silicone that splits, tears or goes permanently stiff inside 12 months is a fault, not wear. Send a photo and we replace it — no return needed.
