Orders placed before 2pm on a business day leave the same day. Everything is tracked.

How free shipping is worked out
The $45 is measured on your cart after any discount code is applied. If a code takes your total below $45, shipping is charged again — so it is worth checking the total at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear; that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs and duties
Orders are shipped from [A PREENCHER: país de envio]. Outside that country, import duty or tax may be charged on delivery by your local customs authority. That charge is set by your country, is not collected by us, and is not included in the price you paid.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, email us within two hours of ordering and we will usually catch it before the parcel leaves. After that we have to wait for it to come back before we can resend.
