SleepHush Breathing Necklace
Reusable silicone earplugs for sleeping. Low dome instead of a hard stem, four tip sizes in the box.
Tracked delivery. The two-pair pack crosses the line on its own.
Write to us before sending anything back — most fit problems are solved with a different tip size.
Which size should I start with?
Fit the M tip first. If it falls out in the night, go up a size. If your ear aches in the morning, go down one. Plenty of people run different sizes in each ear — canals are not symmetrical.

Care & safety
Rinse under warm water, air dry fully before the case shuts. No alcohol, no boiling, no dishwasher — all three harden silicone.
Not a medical device and not hearing protection for power tools, firearms or industrial noise. Do not use with an ear infection, a perforated eardrum or grommets. Keep away from children under three.
A small metal pendant you exhale through. It slows the out-breath, which is the part that actually settles you — and it is quiet enough to use on a train.
- Breathe in through the nose for about four seconds.
- Exhale through the pendant slowly — aim for twice as long as the in-breath.
- Five to ten rounds before bed. Rinse under warm water afterwards.
Stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed — that means you are breathing too hard, not too slowly. Not a medical device. Stop use and speak to a doctor if you have pain, irritation or a condition affecting your breathing or sleep. Keep away from children under three — small parts.

Before you buy
The questions we actually get
Will I still hear my alarm?
Yes. An earplug reduces sound, it does not seal it out. A phone alarm beside your head, a smoke alarm or a child calling still come through — quieter, but there.
Will they block my partner's snoring?
Snoring is low-frequency and close by, which is the hardest kind of noise to deal with. These bring it down a long way; they do not delete it. Use the 30 nights and judge it on a real week of sleep.
How long does a pair last?
Months of nightly use, provided you rinse and dry them. Replace a tip when the silicone goes stiff, tacky or nicked.
Are they safe to wear every night?
For most people yes, as long as they are clean and dry and you are not pushing them deep into the canal. Stop and see a doctor if you get ear pain, discharge, or hearing that stays reduced.
